Vail Chophouse Restaurant Month Events
The Vail Chophouse is thrilled to be participating in this inaugural launch of Vail Restaurant Month.  Fall is an amazing time of year up here in the mountains, one of our favorites. The season provides the perfect backdrop for these four weeks of specials, activities and events.  So come on out and enjoy!  We hope Fall in Vail becomes one of your favorites also!
   
Week 1 (Sept. 20th-Sept. 26th):  Market to Table
Vail Chophouse and Stella, the Perfect Combination
Friday, Sept. 24th, 2010 - 3pm-9pm
 

Visit the Vail Chophouse on Friday, September 24th and enjoy a cold refreshing Stella paired with a special menu, created by Chophouse Corporate Chef Jay McCarthy, to accentuate and compliment the great taste of the already flavorful beer!

The Vail Chophouse will offer both a special Appetizer Pairing Menu, available from 3-5pm and a Dinner Pairing Menu, available from 5-9pm.  Details on menu items are still being finalized, but please check back soon to see what Chef Jay has put together.  A frequent Stella drinker, he has done the necessary research to guarantee some incredible and perfectly paired creations.

Week 2 (Sept. 27th-Oct. 3rd):  Health, Wellness & Outdoors
Bike, Run, Refresh, Relax
Sunday, Oct. 3rd, 2010 - 11am-3pm
 

Enjoy the fresh crisp morning air and beautiful Fall surroundings in Vail with a group run or bike on the mountain, followed by a relaxing lunch at the Vail Chophouse.  Reward yourself with a special lunch menu created by Corporate Chef Jay McCarthy as you continue to take in the incredible views of Vail Mountain from the restaurant's slopeside deck.  The restaurant will be open to those that don't venture out in the morning as well, so invite your friends and family members to join you afterwards, if you think they deserve it.

No reservations necessary.  Groups are encouraged to meet in front of the Vail Chophouse at 10am to ride or run.  Regardless of the length or pace of your venture out the Vail Chophouse will be opening at 11am and ready reward and pamper you upon your return.

Week 3 (Oct. 4th-Oct. 10th):  LoveFest
Love to our Loyals
Specials Available All Week from 5pm-9pm
  The Vail Chophouse will be showing the love to our loyal guests during this week of Vail Restaurant Month.  Join us for dinner and take advantage of
a delicious Chophouse special menu for two.

Week 4 (Oct. 11th-Oct. 17th):  Little Foodies in the Kitchen
Family Magic Night

  Bring the family to the Vail Chophouse on Thursday evening, October 14th, for
a truly magical experience!

Enjoy a delicious Chophouse meal as you are amazed and entertained by a
table-side performance from the Vail Chophouse in-house magician!
You truly won't believe your eyes!
